An iBoard that opens the world for you to see your application performance

Visualize comprehensive insights into application and network performance. Design your own KPIs with the help of customizable widgets

Introduction

iBoard is a dynamic, intuitive dashboard designed to visualize comprehensive insights into application and network performance. It displays key metrics from iPath, iMon with iPath, and Profiling in a format that makes it easy for users to assess system health, identify potential issues, and make data-driven decisions. The iBoard provides an at-a-glance view of both high-level statuses and detailed performance metrics, empowering IT teams to maintain optimal application performance and network reliability.

Key Features of iBoard

License Status Overview

icon

Total LicensesDisplays the total number of licenses available for use across all services.

icon

Used LicensesShows the number of licenses currently in use, enabling organizations to track resource consumption.

icon

Available LicensesIndicates the remaining licenses, helping to ensure that resources are managed efficiently.

Anchor Status

icon

Total AnchorsRepresents the total number of deployed Anchor instances across all environments (On-Prem, Cloud, Hybrid).

icon

Up AnchorsShows how many Anchor instances are currently operational, indicating active monitoring points.

icon

Down AnchorsHighlights any Anchor instances that are offline, enabling quick identification of issues with monitoring coverage.

iPath Status

icon

Total iPathsDisplays the total number of iPath instances monitoring network paths.

icon

Up iPathsIndicates the iPath instances that are actively monitoring paths and have no issues.

icon

Down iPathsShows any iPath instances that are inactive or have failed, prompting further investigation.

icon

Degraded iPathsHighlights paths where performance metrics are below acceptable thresholds, indicating potential issues in connectivity or quality.

iPath Latency

icon

GreenRepresents paths with low latency, meaning performance is within optimal parameters.

icon

YellowIndicates paths with moderate latency, where performance is acceptable but could benefit from improvements.

icon

RedHighlights paths with high latency, signaling a need for immediate attention to avoid impact on application performance.

RedHighlights paths with high latency, signaling a need for immediate attention to avoid impact on application performance.

iPath Jitter:

icon

Green Paths with minimal jitter, ensuring consistency in packet arrival for applications that require steady data flow.

icon

YellowPaths with moderate jitter, suggesting that performance is adequate but could impact latency-sensitive applications.

icon

RedPaths with significant jitter, indicating instability in data transmission that may impact quality of service.

iMon with iPath Status:

icon

Total:Total number of iMon instances integrated with iPath, monitoring both application availability and network quality

icon

Up: Shows iMon with iPath instances that are fully operational with no detected issues

icon

Down: Highlights instances where applications are unavailable, or the monitoring service is not functioning.

icon

Degraded: Indicates that while the application is accessible, network performance is below acceptable levels, potentially affecting user experience.

iMon with iPath Latency and Jitter:

icon

Latency (Green, Yellow, Red):Provides a visual representation of latency metrics for iMon with iPath, with color-coded indicators for quick assessment of application response times.

icon

Jitter (Green, Yellow, Red): Displays jitter metrics, allowing administrators to evaluate the stability of network paths supporting applications.

Priority-Based Categorization:

icon

iPath and iMon endpoints are categorized by Priority Levels:Critical, High, Medium, and Low. This categorization allows teams to prioritize monitoring and troubleshooting based on the importance of each endpoint to the business

icon

For each priority, iBoard displays results specific to that level:ensuring that critical services receive immediate attention while lower-priority applications are managed as resources allow.

Benefits of iBoard
